Something wrong with performance

Hello everyone. I'm not very happy because of my PC's performance. Such games like GTA:IV, NFS:Undercover runs laggy on my system. My PC looks like this: Intel Core2Quad Q8300 2.5GHZ, Gigabyte ATI HD4850 1024mb/256bit, Gigabyte EP43-DS3L Motherboard with updated BIOS, 2x2GB Apacer 800mhz RAM, Seagate Barracuda 750GB 7200RPM 32mb cache Sata-II hdd... 500watt cheap PSU.. what else can I add... I'm using a 17" LCD monitor with 1280x1024 resolution.
My system is running on Windows Vista Ultimate X64 SP1. All the Vista's performance ratings are at max (5.9) except of Memory(RAM) which stands at 5.3. After playing these games, I can see that my graphics card's usage was only about ~30%... You can see the temperatures of my system after playing GTA:IV in the picture added. So, the question is, why I don't get a decent performance with this computer? OS is without any viruses or something and this computer is almost new. img3.imageshack.us/img3/2126/kompas.jpg

These problems are usually due to viruses and adware. You've already done the first things I would do. Dig a little deeper into the adware.

Like I already said, this PC is almost new and without any viruses or something like that...

It's a PSU which came with the case: http://www.gerakaina.lt/new/product_info.php?cPath=85_274_510&products_id=10305525
and it's very cheap... all normal 500w PSUs cost more than this whole case with 500w psu installed... it's strange, but I don't get any restarts or something

If i were to sit down at your pc I would download CCleaner and run that. Then download ad-aware or Spybot Search and destroy and probably AVG, install them, update them, and do full scans. I would go into msconfig/startup and uncheck everything besides my anti-virus and possibly internet. Then defrag the HDD. These are standard maintenance things and should be done about once a week; I only defrag after a software installation.

ok... the problem was that my RAMs were not in the right places for Dual channel mode. now I changed them and everything is ok.

First of all try to delete temporary junk files from your computer , and then scan your computer , for virus or malwares after updating the antivirus.
