sonicstage 2.1 HELP!

I have recently got a sony vaio mp3 player (VGF-AP1L)..
to put music on this it requires me to use sonicstage, I got sonicstage 2.1 with it which i have installed, but every time I try put any audio files in to the library I get an error message.

I have tryed every way to add audio it will alow and this same message is displayed throughout.

Does anybody know how to fix this please?

ps. Im using windows 2000.

any driver should b installed? or it recognize the device as an additionally HD?

anyway... did u try to reinstall the app?

Thats a valid point, did Windows recognise the device or did u do a manual installation?? Also did it come with a driver disk?
