Hi everyone
I have a sony xperia xa1 cell phone for a client, runs android 7.0-8.0 updated to 8.0.
I have checked Sonys websites, forums, and NO answers of course.
I reset to factory, and the bottom 3 buttons, the back, home and apps is not working, the rest of the screen works fine.
I tried sony companion like sony says, nothing still
any ideas what to try?
