Sony Trinitron???

I just purchased a Sony Trinitron and when I plugged it in i noticed a 2 faint grey lines going through the image. One is a third of the way day the screen and the other is a third of the way up the screen. They are only thin and very faint but they are always there. I rang the store to see if it was something under warranty and he told me that it was a normal Trinitron thing!!! Now he could be right but I cant help but feel that no monitor should have these lines through it. Any ideas?

Perfectly normal, after some time you wont even notice them.

These thin lines are thinner than human hairs, and they are supporting/stabilizing wires inside the CRT and are part of Sony's Trinitron CRT technology.

i love dell screens, crazy ass resolutions, great view, great clarity... mine has them too, you'll still see then, but they wont bug you after awhile
