Sony Vaio - graphics card compatibility

Hey everyone, now that my ram is working, I've heard sony vaio's can only be upgraded through sony when it comes to graphics? If not, are there any compatible graphics cards I could put in to bump my graphics up a little bit? I'm at 128 now I was kind of hoping for 512 or so.

My vaio model number is vgn - n365e is that makes any bit of difference.
 
I did, it's now running 224mb.. would that be enough to run a game that the minimum requirement for graphics would be 128? the recommended is 256 and it's basically that so.. would it be safe to try that?
