Sophos Anti-Virus Fails to Update

Does anyone have some experience using 'Sophos'? The company I work with have been using this anti-virus for quite a while now. Now, when I try to update, it always fails. The server is 'Sophos' (which is the generic Sophos server that gives updates to the users) and we have our own Username and Password. I tried to re-install the software but it still goes the same thing. I have also tried to re-enter the Username and Password but it still fails to update so for sure they are being entered correctly.

Can someone help me out please?

No, it seems the License is still valid because we have other computers that are retrieving their updates from the 'Sophos' generic server that they host.

You really didn't provide many details, if it's a single host problem then that's the component you'd want to tshoot obviously.

I'd check the host time/date/timezone and general connectivity to the destination server. If you can confirm all of those then you should be able to see some sort of events from the client on the server log.

Yes, it's a single host problem. And I have tried to re-install so many times but still to no avail. How can I check the time of the destination server please?

Time on the host PC, most update utilities use https and you can get invalidated sessions with too much of a drift between endpoints, although if it's joined to the domain it should already get ntp time from the domain controller.
