sound card?

im looking to get a sound card for my desktop and I'm not entirely sure it came with one so questions are
1. does my Desktop have a sound card :confused:
and
2. if no which one should i get
P5G-M LE my motherboard

Yes it has a sound card built in (that's what the green port on the back is). Mostly all motherboards do these days.

What kind of speaker setup or headset are you using?

Just because something says 'gaming' it does not indicate a particular quality.
