Sound Cards and Wifi Adapters?

I have a gaming PC build all set and ready now, but I'm very confused about how sound and wifi will work (this is my first build). The motherboard for my build can be seen here:

I'm not sure whether this will have inbuilt audio already, or will I have to purchase a separate sound card? Also, I presume I also have to purchase a wifi adapter to go into the motherboard, in this case, where would I insert it?

I apologise if I sound completely inexperienced here, but from all the tutorials I've seen online about putting the build together, nobody has ever mentioned how the sound and wifi will work, or where the components go.

Thanks

Yes that has a built in sound card. You can buy a PCI-E, PCI, or USB WiFi adapter, with PCI-E being the best option.
