Sound Help!!

ok i was using my laptop and was working fine i was listening to music ( from yahoo music) and everything was gravey. however the next day my laptop said it could not find an audio card or it was not working proprley any way i can get into the laptop to see if it shook lose or do i need a new one? i have a satelite m115 (toshiba)
 
Start / Run / and type in "services.msc"

Scroll down to WINDOWS AUDIO and make sure it is set to automatic if it says the audio service has stoped then start the audio service again
