WIndows 10 Sound Issues playing an FPS

New Member
Hello everyone,

I began playing an FPS called Valorant and apparently my computer isn't able to distinguish sounds and the direction it's coming from in the game. The reason I think it's my computer is because I placed my bffs headphones on my computer and there is no change. He uses Corsair Void pro wireless headphones which I believe have their own sound card in the wireless dongle. No setting that I've been able to change has fixed the issue whether inside the game or in my computer settings (unless we missed something). Any ideas as to what the issue might be?

Both headphones available on Amazon if you want to look at the specs.
