Sound Issues

Ive posted once about this already about a month ago but my issue was never fixed, I have a Toshiba Satellite a105-s4274 and my sound doesn't work.
Ive tried all the drivers from the Toshiba support page but still have no sound, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have windows 7 and i have a sound card audigy se sound card.

You have a intel 945GM chipset. Download these drivers:http://downloadmirror.intel.com/19597/a08/infinst_autol.zip

Then restart.

Then go to here for Vista: http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/driver_audio_realtek_25804A.exe

or

here for XP sound drivers: http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/sm105vsoundx.exe

then restart.

then update direct x here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...C4-6315-4D8E-9543-8E28A4E18C4C/dxwebsetup.exe

ensure windows is updated.

then ensure you have the latest bios etc here: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/...ter=&selCategory=2756709&selFamily=1073768663

restart and post results.
