Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a new anti-spam law for California. So beware: if you spam from or to California they can sue you!

I heard Arnie reduced the holding time for stray animals at animal shelters, which wasnt too popular with animal lovers.
As for the spam laws, the tougher the better.
