I like the thing that Mac OS X has, you say through the mic, "Tell me a joke" and the computer says a different "knock-knock" joke every time, "What time is it?" and it tells you the time, "switch to (any program)" and it it opens the desired application. I'm looking for something like that on PC, where can I find it?

I had a look for you, being interested in getting hold of it myself (hehe), and although I haven't found a download site for such a piece of software yet, I found a microsoft MSDN article detailing how you can build your own "what time is it?" program. Here it is.
