Speak To Computer

Hi!
I'm looking for a software that you can control the computer with by speaking to it. If you say, notepad, it opens notepad and so on. Are there any softwares like this. Please, need one.

There are lots of these. Most commercial voice dictation packages have this feature. eg
via voice

I think the best one is supposed to be Dragon NaturallySpeaking http://www.scansoft.com/naturallyspeaking/

Windows XP comes with speech recognition. Go to Control Panel->Speech
