Speed sensor

If a fan only has 2 leads coming out of it (Red and black) and it has a 4 pin molex....is there any way to hook up a speed sensor (white wire)?

I highly doubt it, if your fan doesn't have a built in speed censor, adding the extra wire won't do anything.
