speed slowed >.<

I have a wireless internet and it is a Verizon Wireless a broadband connection, then last Friday my speed was 2MB but when Saturday comes my internet speed became slow.

And now my internet speed is 400kb, that's a big difference. That have 8 hours duration this day and nothing changed.

Also, my signal bar is 4 bar which is full bar.

Therefore, it is frequently having a dormant connection which is sleeping or stopping connection while watching videos and connecting when I refresh the page.

It is 5 days from now when I got this problem.

Is there any problem in my laptop or my internet?

I asked here before I go to best buy and ask the verizon wireless about this because I can't watch videos non buffering and download something fast, my download speed is 28kb maximum.
But last Friday it was 300kb maximum >.<

SOMEONE HELP ME. I'M PAYING $65 A MONTH FOR MY INTERNET T_T :(

no one is using internet inside the house also i'm using a direct access not a router...... i can use my internet around the world as long as there a tower....
