speed up downloads

I was woundering if anyone knew a program that speeds up your downloads when you are downing loading from a sight or p2p network. (not give me fast internet just like focus my upload spead to that program to make it download faster)

What is your connection and do you have your internet networked?

i have cable, only like 384/128 or something like that. I am hooked up to a hub which goes to 2 other computers, if that wat networking is lol. When it comes to internet i nos nothing!

With P2P, you'll only get it as fast as peoiple can upload. And most programs that claim to speed up P2P downloads, are nearly all Spyware. And from websites, you'll get as fast as the server can handle.

I know if you have a router that you have to open ports that the program is using.
