speedfan 4.32 temps and questions

The 4.32 version now seen was a little shaky when tried out on the Vista installation here. The screen capture below shows how SpeedFan should look if there are no problems with it. The temps seen here are on a custom case with 4 hard drives and 2 optical drives having run multimedia for a few hours prior to posting this.

I get that sometimes when i get a bad copy of the speed fan. Try download from another site.
SpeedFan, Everest Home edition, and other utilities like the better SiSoftware's Sandra are still software and have bad downloads and bad installs or failed readings on some boards.
The hardware monitor seen in most bioses is usually the accurate while still needing system restarts to get in there to read off of the board's sensors.I like the recycle bin picture PC EYE
That was found while looking for some extra freewares one day and never gets a bad review from anyone!
It simply goes to show what you can do when using the "change icon" option.I found the latest version right from the main page was still a problem. They will have rework this to see the problems corrected in the next version apparently. I'm glad I still had 4.31 saved on the drive when trying it here!
