speedfan alerted me to a problem! help please

hey guys look. i found the problem. the side fan right in front of my cpu was pulling air, instead of pushing it into the cpu.
 
um, no, the existing fan was facing the wrong direction, so the two fans were fighting each-other and making a suction (they were both spinning but not moving any air) i only had to turn around the fan and my entire system cooled down about 20C under load
