Spider Solitaire and Other Win 7 Games

This is somewhat embarrassing, but I'm not sure where else to ask. My friend has a school laptop with Win 7 but no games on it. She also does not have the installation discs. I have full version on my home computer. She would like to have the free games that came with Win 7 (such as minesweeper and spider solitaire).

Can I just copy the files from my computer to hers or does it need to go through the installation discs (see sample file below)?

IF you can access the control panel, go into Programs & Features, then Turn Windows Features On and Off. Then just tick the box for the games and it will install them.
