Splicing fans with different speeds, RPM outcome?

Hey hey computer peeps. Long time lurker, first time poster. Thought I would see what you guys think about this question.

I have a 120mm case fan that turns 1,350 and an 80 that spins 3k. What would the motherboard report if I spliced these two together and connected them to the MB header? Something crazy I'm guessing. Or would it be as simple as an average?

Thanks, but I am just talking about reported RPM.

I realize that if the fans are getting 12V then they will run their designed speed.
