sup guys, I've been having a laggy game since installation and I messed with the settings to lower the quality of the game to see if i could get better framerates but i just can't see the smoothness like in other games. I know the engine is tough and has a lot of detail. It is bothering me because i though my pc could handle it. there are my specs.

Amd athlon 64 dual core 4400+ 2.2
Ati radeon x1800xt 512mb pci-e
1024mb of ram (3200)
sata HD 120GB
powersupply 500w

i Tried playing it withe lowest settings and im still getting 20 to 30 framerates. I'm ashamed
 
i have heard that this game needs a really powerful pc to handle it. thats why i certainly cant get it:(
 
The RAM seems to be the cereal killer.

Are you using the latest of drivers for sound and video?

leet6thgrader, those kind of comments are not needed.
 
if you check the UBISOFT forums...you will see that just about everyone is having problems with the game. i have my rig (in signature) and can play it pretty well even with next gen on (30fps usually). so basically the game wasnt really designed to be compatible with very many computer types and the testing team did pretty bad.

dont feel like your system is bad, the game just wasnt made good enough to "handle" good computers.
