Spysweeper or zonealarm spyware control?

ok i gave up on that problem i had and decided to just reformat with all the programs in mind to install and not install others...

i have avg as my anti-vir, zonealarm for firewall, and since i have zonealarm pro im using it for spyware control also.
Should i disable it and dl spysweeper?

It's a good program but like edifier said, it is a bit of a resource hog. There is no "best" anti-spyware program, every program has different definitions and each program can only remove a certain amount of spyware. The best way to do it is to have a few programs, so if 1 program doesn't pick up SpywareA, a second program may pickup SpywareA (SpywareA is just an example name), and if program 2 cant pickup SpywareB, maybe program 1 does!
 
Many times anti-malware programs such as spybot detect other anti-malware software as 'bad,' AKA a false positive, when in fact they are perfectly legit.
