Spyware doctor and downloading

is it fine to use spyware doctor and download at the same time and have other programs running, will this cause problems???

i know its probs a stupid question

It's perfectly fine. The only time you may receive errors is if your downloading files that contain spyware, and Spyware Doctor detects them (if it has real-time capabilities), and then tried to delete it. Other then that, you can have it running while doing practically anything else on your computer.
