well when im done using the internet(netzero) this program comes out and asks that a program has asked to connect to www.cnn.com or www.hp.com. then it also asks if u want to connect with netzero or aol. i always click cancel but after thirthy seconds it pops out again. im pretty sure its some type of spyware. the weird thing is that it doesnt have a name so i cant search for it and delete it. i have norton anti virus and ms anti spyware . but they dont detect that ....any suggestions.......
