spyware problem (with log)

I am not very good with computers, please help.

I have Nortan Anti-virus, Webroot Spysweeper, Superantisweeper, and spybot-sd all on on my computer. I have ran full system scans numerous times with these programs.

Okay now the problem.
My homepage keeps getting changed to google.com from ftcnet.net.
The superantisweeper tries to protect my homepage, but it then gives me a screen saying i'm infected with adware or spyware.

Also, every 2 minutes i get a little screen advertising some spyware. Its a very annoying pop-up that i can't get to go away.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Mike.

Heres my log.

Please double-click the FindAWF icon once again

If a Security Alert shows, allow the program to run.
As instructed, press any key to continue.
Use the following option: Press 2 then Enter to restore files from bak folders

A text file opens called: files.txt
Click below the line and paste the following list of files within the codebox to be restored. Please do not include the word Code:
Code:
"C:\Program Files\iTunes\bak\iTunesHelper.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories\bak\XboxStat.exe"
"C:\Program Files\QuickTime\bak\bak\qttask.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\bak\hkcmd.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\bak\igfxpers.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\bak\igfxtray.exe"
"C:\Program Files\QuickTime\bak\bak\qttask.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\bak\Reader_sl.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\1.2.1128.5462\bak\GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_02\bin\bak\jusched.exe"

Next, close and click Yes to save the changes.

Once files.txt is saved, FindAWF does the following:
-It attempts to terminate the process represented by each filename on the list, if running
-Deletes the rogue file from the parent folder, if present
-Copies the original file to the parent folder

When done with the above, it automatically runs a new scan and opens a new log.
Please provide the new FindAWF log in your reply.

The date on your system seems to be incorrect. Please correct it by double clicking on the clock on the taskbar and choosing the correct date. This is likely why Combofix wouldn't run.

Try downloading Combofix from one of the following alternate locations and running it:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

If that doesn't work, please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not malicious.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Please post:
  • The Combofix report if it will run, or the DSS report if it won't
  • The FindAWF report
