Spyware Problem

Hey can u guys help me i got a spyware problem on my desktop wallpaper it won't allow me to change my wallpaper heres a screenshot of what it says

holy crap i got that exact same infection on my other computer last night. its so annoying. first thing go in to c:/ drive then to program files then look for something called spybot sheriff or spy sheriff then delete that. but i still havent gotten rid of the wallpaper.

i have the exact problem and i did the steps that you gave me in http://www.computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=30610 and now i got a blue screen and the computer is not working
