spyware question

I am having trouble with my computer slowing down. I ran spybot and found nothing. I than ran panda online and found cws.coolwebsearch and new.net
Should I pay for panda to remove these? I than ran housecall, but it just sits there. Does this program take a while? As the page seems to only partial load according to the blue bar at the page bottom.

In addition to AdAware and Spybot Search + Destroy a pair of Grisoft freewares can be effective in locating and removing a variety of viruses, malwares, spywares, and adwares as well as some other things. Panda supposedly found something for you to buy the full version in order to fix it. But Panda put what it found there.

The Grisoft freewares include the AVG 7.1 Free edition for home use that looks for more then just viruses. You can download that free at http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
