spyware.remotespy[b-type]

Hey all. Ive got this annoying popup which is a fake windows defender type window and it tells me I have something named spyware.remotespy[b-type] and it gives me a link to an antivirus software page which is blatantly dodgy. Can anyone please help me with this.
