Spyware

Does anyone know how to get the following to stop happening?

Everytime I turn on my computer I have 2 new icons on my desktop for "Online Games" and "Remove Spyware". I have run Spybot, Antivir, Ad-Aware, Ewido, but no luck getting them to stop showing up.

Any suggestions would be great.
