SSD getting full

I've currently have a 64GB SSD as my 'C' drive. It's getting pretty full.

Other than Win 7, these are the folders in it.

BOOT
PERF LOGS
PROGRAM FILES
PROGRAM FILES (x86)
PROGRAMDATA
QOOBOX
RECOVERY
USERS

IS it possible to move some or all these folders to an additional HHD that I have installed to give me some more space in my 'C' drive and not mess anything up?

Thank you

Qoobox is from running combofix and can be deleted. However, everything else must stay. The only ways to get more space on that drive is to uninstall some programs and reinstall them to a standard hdd. Or get a bigger SSD.

120gb SSD should be standard any more. 60-64gb is just way too small.

What is in the recovery folder, I assume having a small ssd it is not a factory recovery ?

Program files & program files x86 contain all your installed software, something built into windows you will not be able to move.

But any software you have installed yourself, anti-virus, burners, office etc, just uninstall and then re-install but when you are installing them change the installation directory to large hdd.

ore take a look if it makes restore points, and youse a program like ccleaner.

and depending on the ram you have you can make the pagefile smaller.

To make sure nothing else is using this valuable space eg. lost video folder or old game you're not playing, you can use a freeware application called SpaceSniffer.
After short scan, it gives a nice graphical image of which folders contain big data amounts.
You can also disable hibernation in order to recover few GBytes if you're not using this mode.

Also make sure your recycle bin is empty, even though you may have deleted something, it will still take up space on your SSD till you empty your recycle bin.

Definitely download and run the free version of CCleaner to see how much junk you can clean up. Then, if you still don't have enough space. You can try moving programs onto a secondary drive.
