SSD OS install freeze

A few weeks ago I purchased a 480gb SSD. I installed it, unplugged my current hard drive and then attempted to install windows 8x64. It would ask me for my key, I would pick a partition, it would install, reboot, then say "getting devices ready" and freeze at 94% every time. I called the manufacture (OCZ) and they said it was dead and to return it. I bought another one, this time a Samsung 840 series 500gb. It is doing the exact same thing. So I really doubt I have received two bad drives from different companies that stop the install at the same exact spot.

I've followed instructions for BIOS setups and everything looks fine. I just don't know what else to do.

Also here is a video i made of the problem... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ra5FZ7WV-M&feature=youtu.be

Is everything else installed correctly? All other component connections tight? Try installing with just the SSD and RAM, then add other components after (GPU, Sound, External Drives, Printers, etc).
