SSD Suggestions for RAID

I am curious which drives to get for my current server. I have a Dell r630 which contains a PERC h730p. There's the following slickdeal which is extremely tempting, but I am curious as to if I should go another route:

Probably out of my league on this one, but since you're eyeing 860 Evo's..that was definitely a hell of a deal for SATA. The MX500 or SanDisk Ultra 3D/ WD Blue 3D provide similar performance and regularly sit just over $100 for a terabyte. WD/ SanDisk provide 3-year warranties while the MX500 sits with 5. The 860 Evo does carry an extra 200TB of endurance over the MX500, though. I'm guessing PCIe is out of the question due to capacity limitations?
