I've just OCed my e6300 to 2.00 ghz, and I was wondering which prime 95 test would be the best for stability. Heat isn't an issue, it hasn't risen from temps at stock.

Get yourself Orthos. It combines 2 prime's together, each testing a core. No need to set affinities.

And, for CPU stress-testing, run Small-FFT's.
