standard for freezer 7 pro cooler

hi just in process of ordering a new cpu getting the i7 2600 and was wondering is the heat sink it comes with ok or would i benefit any from getting a freezer 7? im not planning on oc the pc ?

Stock cooler will be fine. Use that for a little while and monitor your idle/load temps. If it turns out they're a bit high, then I'd make the switch.

Ah thank you, how do i go about monitoring the temp of things like a cpu/gpu or case temp?
