Standard parts into BTX

Hi, I have an old-timer Dell Optiplex GX620, and I think it`s a BTX case. I was wondering, can I put standart parts, (like micro ATX motherboard, or a standart PSU), and will they fit?

I looked into that too. You need to mod the case for the mounting points for a new motherboard. Dell does not use standard sizes that I have found.

Hmm, than probably I would need to buy a new case, is there any difference between cheap ones and the expensive ones, because I really don`t matter how it looks, I just want that everything would fit, so my question
Are the mounting holes on every case are the same, and if I buy a motherboard, which I should go for? Micro ATX or ATX?

As long as the case supports ATX motherboards either Micro-atx or atx motherboards will fit in it. An ATX motherboard will have more pci/pci express slots, so if you don't need a lot just get a micro-atx mobo.
