Starcraft 2 FPS lag

I have Starcraft 2. It has started lagging for the first time after I updated to 1.3.4?
I have a moderately powerful PC(i5 3.30GHz processor Nvidia 460 and 4gig ram ) and a very fast internet connection(4mb ADSL). It has never lagged before, I updated it last night to 1.3.4 and it now lags for 1-3 seconds every 3 seconds. While it is lagging I can toggle between things with hot keys but none of my bots move. It is a FPS lag and I have no idea why or how to fix it. I have updated my Drivers cleaned my PC and De-fragged it checked the temperature cant find anything to fix the problem. Need help urgently!!!
 
If you can toggle between things, it doenst seem like that would be an FPS issue. Have you checked your fps to see what its at? You can do that with ctrl+alt+F I believe.

To me, it sounds more like an internet issue. Are you having issues with any other games?
 
I just fixed an issue that did the same thing. I would click on any unit or building and it was quick to respond. But as soon as I told it to do something I took 3 seconds to get going. Turns out I had a download for the stea, client running at the same time. Check that there are not other things that are taking your bandwidth.
