is anyone else waiting in anticipation? hope blizzard doesnt mess it up, like they did the sc release for consoles
 
I'm counting off the days (well not really). This game is going to be pretty good from what I can see and have read. Hopefully it'll come out around Christmas or something, but I would be happy if they delayed the release date to make it the best game it can possibly be, and so that it could live up to all the hype.
 
I've never really played the campaign but I love this game.

I've been waiting for a Starcraft 2 long before they officially announced that they were actually going to make this game.
 
I loved the first one, played on battlenet all the time online and we had LAN games with my friends back when all you could afford to buy was a HUB because switches were too expensive.

The only 2 games I am even remotely excited about are Fallout 3 and Starcraft 2.

I think you can pick up SC1 and all the expansions for a few bucks probably. heck I may go pick it up so I can replay the whole thing before the second one comes out.

I have been waiting on this game for the longest time that I even forgot about it for some time now. But I do love the series, Warcraft 3 is the best game in the world right now, we'll see if Starcraft II can take its place! :D

I like how the campaign will pick up from where Brood War left off ;)

I don't know if I believe that quite yet. Until Blizzard comes out with a definite release date, I'm not going to believe much, even then they will probably push the release date back. They are notorious for that.
 
duno if the 3-d aspect of the game will work well, how the terrain will be interactive, sorta, but either way, def will buy, i hope they have another marine Defense map :D
 
im gunna get this along with command and conquer 3 red alert(hopefully EA doesnt screw up this one like they did tiberium wars) hopefully ill get a decent computer by then :P

omg C&C was the first PC game i played and loved it until they ruined it, but yes, SC2 and C&C
