i know ya'll keep suggesting the:
Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound 3.5gr.
but what do you think about the:
STARS-420 Spire WhiteGrease Thermal grease?
it's the only thing i could find. will it do the job?

and 1 other thing, how much do i need to paste?

as for how good it is, no idea unless you have both of them and test em against each other. first of all, remove all the white thermal paste on your cpu and HSF and then apply a rice sized drop on there, put the HSF on and put presure on it. then bolt it on and go!@
