Start 10

One of my biggest issues with Windows 10 is the Start Menu. Microsoft is telling the world that the Start Menu is back. Back? Back from where? The only recent Start Menu Windows users remember is the one from Windows 7. So, has the long lost Start Menu from Windows 7 returned? No, it hasn't.

After some testing and attempts at configuration, my conclusion is...Windows 10 Start Menu is a cluster f**k.

There is a decent alternative though. After seeing a review of Start10 on another tech site, I purchased it for $5 from Stardock. In short...it lets you do just about anything your heart desires with the Start Menu.

I don't know why people pay for Start10 when ClassicShell is just as good and it's FREE.

I took a look at it before I went with Start10. It's not bad, but I liked what I saw in Start10 and didn't mind paying the $5 (4.3 Euros).

I agree that the Start Menu in Win 10 is a cluster f**k. I've never understood why people are so attached to the Start Menu. I didn't miss it when they removed it from Win 8 and never felt the need to use a 3rd party app like Start8 or ClassicShell.

Eh I like the idea of tiles right next to the menu but in this instance it seems poorly executed
