I use this Advanced Windows Cleaner program.
And it deleted all my recent short cuts on my pop out start menu.
I added them back, and its adding alot of extra blank space, thus making it extend farther then it should.
I tried right clicking and properties, the changes i made...after i click OK and apply...Dont apply them selves.


And also...Whats that windows cleaning program that makes a flushing noise when used.

I don't know how to fix it, just try going back to a restore point before you did the scan... see if that works.
