Having had sluggish internet, I followed the advice given on this forum to clean up my Lenovo Laptop runnings Windows 10.
I did CC Cleaner, Adaware, JRT and Old T - everything went through and the internet is now not sluggish - however since doing that I have lost the use of the start button (bottom left hand corner). I click on it a little blue whirr then nothing, even the bar that says "Ask me anything" does not work. I cannot get to my apps page either so cant see my e-mails etc.
I was able to start/Reboot and look at other apps I had, now that seems to have died on my laptop.
Could someone please advise.
