Start menu managed to move to the right side of the screen

And is now seemingly locked up to take a 1/3 of the right side. How do i get it back on the bottom of the screen?

All you do is left click and hold button down on the taskbar and drag it back down to the bottom and let go of the mouse button.

and put a tick against "lock the taskbar" afterwards
