You need to better explain your question...

Are you asking how to get into the command line? You type 'cmd' from run... on the start menu... or if you have XP you go to c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe..

Or are you trying to figure out how to access the command prompt (CMD) from the start menu? As in Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt?

Yes, Antiodontalgic. That is what I am trying to say. I don't want to go out and download those programs that you need for Administartion tools when I'm pretty sure you could do it ind CMD...
