Start/My Documents link????

I used to have 2 partitions "Acer (C: )" & "My Documents (D: )". I recently deleted (D: ) bcause i ran out of space and merged it with (C: ). I bought a new internal hard drive installed it and named it "My Document's (D: )" and now the my documents link in the start menu wont work.

Any ideas??
 
What do you mean it don't work? If you mean that when you click on documents it doesn't pull up that drive that you named documents, its because you have to change the folder location for your documents. Right click on documents and click on properties and change target location.
 
ok fixed. I had to modify the "user shell folders" & "shell folder" personal to enable the documents link in the start menu.
