Started all over again :(

Well this is the story ! All started yesterday arpund 4:30 i went out for couple off hours leaving my brother incharge off the pc (protect it from the kids in the house, he didnt do a very good job... come back home and they have been messing around with it click the mouse,keyboard some how going through all the BIOS yes BIOS setting and Fing something up. Restarted the pc and it would boot up just staint on that blank windows vista screen, so the best thing was to do is reinstall vista all my data,work file,music, games etc all gone :( well know im in the process off updating everything getting the pc back on its feet :)

My week is going from bad to worse Grrrrrrr!
 
you didn't just try resetting the bios before you booted it back up?

or heck asking us for ideas about what you could do to fix the problem?

well i think the kids did something with the BIOS i tried to repair it but i wouldnt do it install a fresh os was the best option :( i dont understand the last part you wrote ?
