Startup popups (not adv)

i thought i was finished with this stuff ,,,, but i guess not {and i resendly formated my hd} when ever i start up my pc some popups appear like ... msi must be intalled and on button ok i click it the appears again i click it and again.....
yesterday a popup appears Microsoft Windows and has to option Send Error report or Dont Sent :confused: :eek: :eek: microsoft windows not respondig ??? :eek: anw some solutions ? i make some usual spyware adaware virus and other stuff scans with updated definition but still the same s....
 
disable error reporting in computer properties download from windows update will fix the msi problem.

It could be one of the monitoring programs from MSI. It could be the .msi installation file problem. Certainly try to check the origin of the problem by going through the MSCONFIG option in Windows and disable the service you are sure is causing it. Then I would reinstall it.

Go to Control Panel. If you run Control Panel in classic mode click Administrative tools, otherwise I believe if you click Network and Internet connections, you should see Administrative tools there. Click it. Click Event Viewer. First check Applications, double click Applications, and if you see anything with a red circle with an 'X' (error) click it. Read the description it gives for the error. If it's your problem you run into copy down the Event ID, it's a number. Then go to www.microsoft.com, and type "Event ID <number>" in the search. Then click the link they provide, and it'll tell you how to fix it.
