Startup problem

I hope this is ok to ask here.
I get this error screen when I boot my computer. No matter which choice I make, it shows the windows screen for a bit and then restarts the computer and goes back to this screen.
I can hit puse and get into CMOS but I don't know anything about all that. I feel so stoopid. :(
What should I do next?
Thanks in advance.

I stuck the XP CD that came with my computer in and tried the repair option, which didn't work, but it left me with a DOS prompt.
So I typed in help to get a list of commands to see if any looked like they might help.
CHKDSK seemed logical so I ran that and it found a disk error, but didn't fix it.
Now I'm trying CHKDSK /R, and it's plugging along real slow.
Think it'll help?

No I didn't, but what I did worked! I'm back up and running. Man, I feel self suficiant, LOL.

Now I'm going to back up all the stuff I thought of, that I never backed up. You don't think of stuff like your favorites, music, programs on the desktop, you know, the stuff that makes it your computer.

Maybe I should learn how to put a second hard drive in for storage.

I sure have a lot of respect (and envy) for those who know all about these frustrating contraptions.

Thanks anyway!

Hey good job :)
Adding a second hard drive is pretty easy, if you search the board you can probably find a few guides linked or even posted
