Startup programs

I need to have as few startup programs as possible so that Windows could load faster.
Which of these startup programs you think is unnecessary when Windows starts? [except Logitech and Kaspersky].

Also, what is powerReg?

From what I know the PowerReg is a registration scheduler and I think you'll get an annoying pop-up every so often asking you to register an application your probably using.

Personally i'd disable it or remove it.

Surely you can disable QuickTime and iTunes too. You don't need these to start up every time you turn your machine on and if you need them then execute them in the conventional way. Same for the Adobe items too.

The only one I'd leave running are Logitech SetPoint (Keyboard utility software/drivers) and Kapersky (Because that would defeat the point, wouldn't it?) Adobe due to all of the flash/reader vulnerabilities I probably would leave it alone so it can update automatically.

The rest is crap. Uncheck 'em all.
