So I built my first PC, but never turned it on yet because I found out about static electricity. When I was building it, I absolutely forgot about static, and was putting my motherboard on my bed and doing other stuff that probably charged my PC. How can I ground it or do something to prevent injuries in my computer?

If you did damage via static electricity it's already too late. So the only thing to do now is plug it in and turn it on and see if it works.
In future build on a table and just touch the case to ground yourself out or discharge any built up static.

no I didn't do damage but I'm afraid that if I turn it on it will do damage.
That doesn't make any sense.
I already told you that if there was any damage from static electricity it's already been done so it doesn't matter if you turn your PC on or not. You won't know if it works unless you try to turn it on.
Like said it doesn't matter now, if something was done it's done. Boot it up. When your working on one always touch the case before you do anything inside.
